Sorrel Recipes

Sorrel is a beautiful, native recipe keeper: import any recipe, cook from a kitchen-friendly screen, and shop from a grocery list that builds itself. No account, no ads, no tracking — your recipes live on your device.

SAVE ANY RECIPE • Share a link from Safari or any app — Sorrel reads the recipe automatically • Works with most recipe websites; pages without full details save as bookmarks you can finish in one tap • Or write your own recipes in, with tags, photos, and collections

COOK, DON'T SCROLL • Cook mode: large type, one step at a time, and the screen stays awake • Each step shows just the ingredients it needs • Scale any recipe (½× to 3×) with proper kitchen fractions — 1½, not 1.5 • Switch between original, metric, and US units

SHOP SMARTER • Add a recipe's ingredients to your grocery list in one tap • The list groups items by recipe and merges duplicates • Check things off with a satisfying strikethrough; clear them all at once

PLAN YOUR WEEK • Drop recipes onto a simple weekly planner • Send a whole week's ingredients to your grocery list at once

YOURS, ACTUALLY • Everything stored on your device — no account, no ads, no tracking • On-device nutrition estimates from your ingredients • Full export: Sorrel JSON, Paprika, and PDF — plus a complete backup & restore • A "Tonight's dinner" home-screen widget and a Share-to-Sorrel extension • Native, fast, full dark mode
