About

· You set the sampling rhythm. Standard suits all-day wear; power-saving samples only 6 seconds every 10 minutes while body signals still arrive every 5; continuous suits when you want the full timeline. You can stop at any time — nothing runs behind your back.

· Permissions and data stay with you. The system dialog explains the purpose of the microphone and health data item by item, and each can be declined on its own; the app still works afterwards, you simply lose that data. Everything is stored on this device, and you can erase all of today's data in one tap from the transparency panel.

· Written by an on-device model. No cloud service is contacted, and the app labels the output as generated on device and for reference only. Mood language is descriptive, not a medical diagnosis, treatment advice or health assessment.

· How it feels to use: sense with the watch during the day, open the timeline in the evening (who said what, grouped by person), tap Generate Today's Journal, then see recurring patterns on the Insights tab in the morning. No sign-up, no account.
