Sourpeak learns how fast your starter rises. Log a feeding and it shows when the starter will peak, how long is left and the window when it is ready to use. Near the peak it asks one quick question: at its peak, not yet, or already falling? Each answer teaches it your starter's pace, so the next estimate gets closer.
PICK A RATIO, SEE ITS PEAK Every feeding ratio shows its own peak time before you feed. Choose 1:1:1 for a quick rise, or a higher ratio so it peaks after work or in the morning. Times that fall while you sleep are marked.
ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN A live countdown to the peak on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and an alert when your starter is ready. Feeding reminders at the times you choose: daily for a starter on the counter, weekly for one in the fridge.
PLAN YOUR BAKE DAY (SOURPEAK PRO) Choose when your bread should come out of the oven. Sourpeak works back through every step: feed, mix, bulk ferment, shape, proof and bake, at your starter's pace and your kitchen temperature, with a notification at each step. You can also plan just the levain: say when you need it, and Sourpeak tells you when to feed and at which ratio.
