In short
Sticko: Notes & Widget is the iPhone and iPad companion to the Mac app of the same name, letting sticky notes sync through iCloud Drive without an account or sign-in. It suits people who keep notes on a Mac and want to view or edit them on mobile, with a Home Screen widget that shows a chosen note. The standout detail is that notes live in the user's own iCloud Drive and the app collects no data.
