About
Stride87 helps friends turn everyday movement into friendly competition. Create an account, join a challenge, and log the workouts you complete.
MAKE EVERY WORKOUT COUNT Search the workout library and enter reps or minutes. Each exercise has its own daily minimum and point value. Keep a record even before you reach the minimum, then see your points update as you complete more activity. Workout notes can become an editable preview before you submit.
CHALLENGE YOUR CREW Create individual or team challenges with calendar start and end dates. Choose all workouts, selected categories, or individual exercises. Team challenges can use total points or daily average points per joined teammate. Join multiple challenges at once; eligible workouts count in each challenge independently.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS View daily, weekly, and all-time points, workout breakdowns, streaks, and progress charts. Compare standings within each challenge. Personal workout information is visible to people who share a challenge with you and the site administrator.
STAY CONNECTED Invite account holders or share a join link. Chat with your challenge members using text and emoji. Choose push notifications for chat, workouts, new members, invitations, and challenges ending in three, two, or one day.
MAKE IT YOURS Choose a theme and upload a profile photo. Report inappropriate messages or profiles, block accounts, and manage your account from the app.
Stride87 requires an internet connection. Workout scores are for friendly competition and are not medical advice.
