The app writes a script for the exact conversation and speaks the other person. You say your lines out loud, then take what you practised into real life. Stuttering Recovery helps you prepare for the interview, the client call, and the moment you say your own name.
THE REHEARSAL ROOM Tell the app who you are speaking to and what it is about. It writes the script and speaks the other person, in a voice you choose, at a pace you set. Run it as many times as you need, alone. Turn on Unison and the app says the line with you.
QUICK PREP About fifteen seconds before you speak. Three lines: notice it, say what you mean, keep going. No microphone, no timer, no score.
THE MOMENT LOG After a real conversation, answer three questions. Did you say what you wanted to say? Was it hard to get the words out? Did you change any words? After a month you can point at what changed, because every number counts something you did.
THE SPEAKING LADDER Ten rungs, from saying it to yourself to presenting to a group. The ninth is disagreeing out loud. Start at any of them.
DIFFICULT WORDS Take a word you avoid from saying it alone, to a sentence, to a rehearsal, to a real moment.
WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO It does not score your speech. It does not count blocks, repetitions or fillers. It does not tell you that you sounded good. It counts the moments you entered.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN The app never listens. There is no microphone in it, so no audio is captured, recorded, stored or uploaded, ever. Until you sign in with Apple, your work stays on your phone. After you sign in, it lives in your account on servers in Canada, so another device can open it. The two lines you type to build a rehearsal go to the model that writes the script, because that is what writes it.
SUBSCRIPTION $79.99 a year after a 3-day free trial, or $9.99 a month. A subscription is required. It renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings.
