In short

Subs: Fair Soccer Rotations is a health-fitness app that runs the game clock for junior soccer and suggests when each substitution is due and which players should come on and off. Coaches set up the team, choose how subs work, and get countdowns, alerts, live minutes for each player, and a formation view. What stands out is that it adjusts for late arrivals, injuries, and extra players, so every player ends up with equal time on the field.

About

Subs keeps junior soccer fair. It runs the game clock, tells you when the next sub is due and who should come on and off, so every player ends the game with the same time on the field.

Set up once: pick your game format (players on the field and half length), name your team and add the players. Type names one after another, or paste the list from the club email. On game day, tap Start game, mark who's here, pick a goalie and kick off.

Choose how subs work: • Nobody waits too long: set the longest anyone sits on the bench, and Subs works out how often to sub • A fixed schedule: sub a set number of players every few minutes • Coach decides: you make the calls, and Subs tracks who has been waiting longest

Games never go to plan, so Subs doesn't make one. It tracks the minutes each player is owed and suggests the next subs from there: • A player turns up late? Add them and they're owed their share from when they arrived • Someone hurt or going home early? Take them out for the game • Sub 1, 2 or 3 players at a time, and change it whenever you like • Mercy rule: put an extra player on, or take one off, and the timing adjusts

During the game: • A big clock with time left in the half, and buttons to match the referee's watch • A countdown to the next sub, a buzz before it's due and a whistle, air horn or chime when it is, plus a notification if the phone is locked • Minutes played for every player, live • A formation view with presets for your team size: tap two players to swap positions • The screen stays on while the game is running
