SumCha: Interval Running
Not claimedTwo minutes fast, one minute walk
By Iksang Hwang · Health and fitnessWhy we expect it: A clear, focused interval running app with hands-free cues, thoughtful privacy through iCloud sync, and transparent ad placement makes a strong debut.
About
Two minutes fast, one minute walk. Run intervals without watching the screen.
· Voice, haptics, and a 3-2-1 countdown tell you when intervals change · Build your own program: warm-up, run, walk, repeats, cool-down · When a set ends the run keeps going as a free run, and you can switch between intervals and free run any time · Start, pause, and end from the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, widgets, and Control Center · Auto-pause when you stop, resume when you run · Distance, pace, and calories, weekly/monthly/yearly summaries, and your route on a map · Sync your history across your devices through your own iCloud (the developer can't see it)
Free to use. Ads appear only on the History tab and after a run summary — never on the running screen. One purchase removes all ads.
