Tally: Tasks & Subscriptions

Tally is a private, offline task and subscription record keeper. See what you need to do today, which services renew next and how your recurring expenses are distributed.

All Tally features are free, with no in-app purchases or paid plans. “Subscriptions” are records you enter for recurring services outside Tally. Tally does not sell subscriptions or charge the amounts in your records.

Organize tasks • Add dates, categories, priorities and notes • Complete or reopen tasks, and search and filter by status • Browse dates in a weekly or monthly calendar

Keep subscription records • Record amounts, currencies, billing cycles, bank selections and management links • Log payments and retain payment history • View monthly and yearly estimates and category breakdowns separately for each currency, without invented exchange rates

Keep your data yours • All features are free, with no account, advertising or analytics • Records stay on your device; export and import JSON backups • English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean, plus light and dark appearance and Dynamic Type

Reminders require iOS notification permission. Tasks can remind you at their due time. Subscriptions can remind you at 9:00 AM on the renewal day or 1, 3 or 7 days before. Tally schedules the nearest 60 reminders; open the app regularly to refresh later reminders. Focus, notification summaries and sound settings may affect notification presentation.

Tally records subscriptions and payments; it does not transfer money, connect bank accounts or cancel actual services. Expense insights are estimates, not bills. Export a backup before deleting the app.
