Task Studio – Easy Reminders

Apple Reminders is a good foundation for keeping everyday life organised. Task Studio builds on that foundation with a simpler, clearer interface.

THE SAME REMINDERS. A CLEARER VIEW. Task Studio uses the power of Apple Reminders without you having to use its interface. Apple and the account that stores your lists, such as iCloud, handle syncing. No separate Task Studio account is needed. Rooms and contact methods also sync through the same iCloud account on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

FOUR CLEAR STATUSES • Up next — collect what needs your attention. • In focus — focus on what you are doing now. • Waiting — keep track of who you are waiting for and when and how to follow up. • Later — save ideas and tasks until the time is right.

AN EASIER NEXT STEP Drag tasks between lists and rooms. Tap the circle to complete a task, or its text to edit it. When you move a task to Waiting, add who you are waiting for and how you want to follow up. The app suggests a reminder date so the task does not get forgotten.

A NEW DATE WITH A DROP Drop a Waiting task onto +1 or +3 days to follow up from today. An overdue task dropped onto +1 day gets tomorrow’s date. Undo is available straight after the change. Drop onto Rooms to choose where to move the task or create a new room.

ROOMS FOR DIFFERENT PARTS OF YOUR DAY Not everything needs your attention at once. Rooms let you separate work from leisure and give family, personal projects or time to recharge a place of their own.

Each room has the same simple layout. Choose which one to step into and what to focus on now. Name them to suit your life: Work, Leisure, Family or Breathing Space.

MORE WITH TASK STUDIO PLUS A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited rooms, widgets and more ways to follow up, including Teams, SMS, WhatsApp and your own options. Customise the default follow-up schedule, drop targets’ day offsets and times, and individual follow-up dates in Waiting. No subscription. The price is shown in your local currency before purchase. The app does not send messages on your behalf.

CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE AND APPEARANCE Choose Swedish, English, Spanish or System in Settings. Use light or dark appearance and choose whether notes appear on task cards.

Task Studio requires access to Apple Reminders. Enable its own notifications in Settings. Open Task Studio after changes through Siri, Reminders or other devices to update the app's scheduled notifications.
