The Barber Notes App helps barbers remember each client’s haircut with saved details, reference photos, and dated visit history. Open the client, review their last cut, and use it as the starting point for their next visit.
REMEMBER THE DETAILS Save guard sizes, lever settings, fade height, top length, neckline, beard work, products, and preferences. Keep haircut formulas and visit records connected to the right client.
PUT A FACE WITH THE NAME Add a client profile photo. Take haircut photos or choose images from your photo library, save multiple angles, and zoom in when reviewing a previous cut.
REPEAT A FAVORITE CUT Use Repeat this cut to create a new dated visit from a saved haircut. Adjust the details while keeping the original record in the client’s history.
WRITE NOTES ABOUT ANYTHING Keep everyday notes, ideas, reminders, and supply lists in a separate Notes section. No client record is required.
COLLECT CUSTOMER REVIEWS Save written reviews with the customer’s name, a typed or drawn signature, and an optional rating or photo. Reviews stay in your library and are not automatically published online.
ORGANIZE SHOP TASKS Track tasks, due dates, rebooking follow-ups, station preparation, and supplies.
