The Formula App

The Formula App is for the families, athletes and coaches of Formula Cheer in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

FOR FAMILIES • Schedule: every class, team practice and competition, by day, week, month or as one list. Closures and cancellations show right on it. • Teams: practices, competitions, call times and team news from your coaches. • Messages: write to the front desk or billing, and reply to your coaches. • Attendance: see when your athlete is marked absent, and tell the gym if they were there. • Forms: read and sign waivers and documents on your phone. • Billing: see what you owe and what it is for, save a card and pay. Cards are handled by Stripe, so the gym never sees your card number. • Notifications: schedule changes, team news and receipts as they happen.

FOR COACHES AND STAFF • Your schedule, rosters and attendance. • Skills tracking, team posts and messages with families.

The app is for families enrolled at Formula Cheer. Sign in with the email address the gym has on file.
