About
Tried ten to-do apps already? Projects, tags, boards, tutorials… and a week later you're back to sticky notes.
toutdoux is the to-do app you don't have to learn. One list, just one, as beautiful as the rest of your Mac. Write it down, check it off, that's it.
NOTED IN TWO SECONDS Wherever you are, press Option + Space. A bubble appears, you type, Return. Noted, and you never left what you were doing.
YOUR LIST, ALWAYS IN SIGHT • A desktop widget: check tasks off in one click, without opening the app. • A little sheep in the menu bar to glance at your list. • Done tasks stay crossed out until the next morning, then clear themselves. No cleanup.
JUST WHAT YOU NEED • Three priorities, not one more: Critical, Important, When Possible. The list sorts itself. • A due date if you want one, with or without a time: "Today, 5:00 PM", "Tomorrow". Red when overdue. • Recurring tasks: every day, certain weekdays, or every month. • Long-press a task to move it by hand. • iCloud sync across your Macs.
MADE FOR THE MAC Liquid Glass, dark mode, keyboard shortcuts: toutdoux feels right at home on macOS because it's built with macOS's own tools.
FREE AND RESPECTFUL No ads, no account, no subscription. No data collected: your tasks stay with you, on your Mac and in your iCloud.
No projects, no tags, no boards. That's exactly why you'll actually use it.
P.S. "toutdoux" is French for "nice and gentle", and sounds like "to-do". Say it however you like !
