Training – Coach's Plan
Not claimedTraining turns your coach's weekly plan into workouts you can lift from
By Alexander Stathis · Health and fitnessWhy we expect it: Clear value for lifters with coached plans, with thoughtful privacy and a well-explained import feature.
In short
Training, Coach's Plan turns a coach's weekly PDF into ready-to-use workouts, with each set, rep, and superset pulled from the plan and prefilled with last time's weights. It is aimed at lifters and runners whose coaches publish training plans. One standout feature is that it imports the PDF and reads the sessions for you, with fixes possible inside the workout, and data stays on the phone with an iCloud backup.

Training turns your coach's weekly plan into workouts you can lift from.
Import the week's PDF and Training finds your column and reads each session: sets, reps, supersets, circuits, warm-ups and the coach's cues. Open today's workout and every set is ready, filled in from what you lifted last time.
• Every set in the coach's order, ticked off as you go • Last time's weights and your personal bests, set by set • A plate loader that shows how the weight goes on the bar • Track sessions too: log runs and drills set by set, and time any rep • See which lifts are going up, with a chart and records for every exercise • Ask your log a question and get answers drawn from your own training • Apple Watch: start the workout and tick sets from your wrist • Share your workouts with your coach, if your team gives you a code • Fix anything that was read wrong, right in the workout
Your training stays on your phone, with a backup in your own iCloud Drive. No ads, no tracking. Nothing goes to your coach unless you join your team with a code, and your notes stay private unless you choose to share them.
