About
Your first triathlon, one session at a time.
A training plan for your first Sprint or Olympic triathlon that lives on your Apple Watch. Tell it when your race is and it builds the block: twelve weeks for a Sprint (750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run), sixteen for an Olympic (1.5 km, 40 km, 10 km).
Open it and there is one session, already chosen, and one button. No feed, no dashboard, no decisions to make before you've left the house.
COACHING YOU FEEL Intervals are counted out in taps, not announcements, so your music keeps playing and you don't have to look at your wrist to know what's next.
A COACH, NOT A TIMER Every session says why it exists and how it should feel. The plan knows which week you're in, tells you when a lighter week is deliberate, and warns you that race week will feel flat before it does.
LIFE GETS A VOTE Can't swim today? Swap it for a ride or an easy run, and the plan tells you honestly what you gain and what you don't. Miss a session and nothing is stacked onto tomorrow. Come back after a week away and the plan eases you in rather than handing you the week you missed.
REHEARSE RACE DAY Once your first brick is behind you, a short, easy run-through of race order — swim, transition, bike, transition, run — lets you practise the changeovers, which is where a first-timer actually loses time.
NO STREAKS, NO GUILT Ending a session early counts. A missed day is a missed day.
THE PHONE EXPLAINS The iPhone app answers the questions the watch has no room for: why today's session, what this week is for, and what race day will look like.
NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICES No account, no server, no analytics. Workouts go to Apple Health so they count toward your rings, and that's it.
This is a training tool, not a medical device, and it gives no medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a training programme.
