Tube Miter Calculator is a native iPhone and iPad workshop tool that connects cut inputs, calculated dimensions and interactive setup drawings in one workflow. Configure both ends of a tube or profile, inspect the drawing, save the project and export a report for the job.

CUT ASSISTANT Choose from six end configurations: • Square / Miter • Parallel miters • Opposed miters • Pointed / Pointed • Pointed / V-notch • V-notch / V-notch

Enter tube width, drawing length, angles and blunt edges. Use long-edge, short-edge or centerline length references for simple cuts, or overall and shoulder/reference lengths for shaped ends.

For pointed and V-notch ends, configure each end independently. Enter two cut angles, or enter one angle and a junction position to calculate the second angle.

INTERACTIVE LIVE VIEW See dimensions, end identities and angle annotations update as you change the inputs. Open the full-screen drawing, rotate it in 90° or 180° steps, flip it vertically, and switch between complementary and supplementary angle annotations to inspect the setup from different orientations.

COMPOUND CUTS Calculate miter and blade-tilt settings for tapered boxes, pyramids and angled frames. Review slant height and edge offset alongside the saw settings.

BOARD FEET Estimate lumber volume, board feet, material cost and cost with a waste allowance. Metric mode uses price per cubic metre; imperial mode uses price per board foot.

STOCK OPTIMIZER Enter available bar lengths, quantities, part sizes, kerf and end trim. Generate a practical cutting plan with visual bar layouts, remaining lengths and material utilization.

WORKSHOP CALCULATOR Use arithmetic and degree-based trigonometry without leaving the app. Copy the displayed result with one tap.

SAVE AND SHARE YOUR SETUP Save named projects locally and reload them from module-specific History. Export PNG reports to Photos or share them through the iOS share sheet.
