Hold the lamp on the beat, then pour sand into sleeves before the tide clock runs out — Twiovprand puts two lifeguard drills on one dawn-patrol tower.
In Blast Relay you watch a slip of lit and blank beats, then press and release the lamp to match each one exactly — hold through every lit beat, rest through every blank one, and send the call before the shift clock hits zero. Sixty-four slips climb through eight stages, from a plain call to slips mixing short taps with long holds.
In Sleeve Pour you swipe the sand chute left or right over two sleeves, then pull it down to pour — stop the fill right on the painted line before the hopper runs dry. Seventy-two yards get harder as the rule tier rises and the margin for error narrows.
Clear stages to fill the watch records with badges and track your best run in a row. A one-time Dawn Shift Drawer purchase opens the last sixty days of daily challenges for replay; both drills in full, every stage and badge, and today's challenge are free from the start.
Start with Blast Relay stage one, then open Sleeve Pour once the first badge is yours.
