HOW DO YOU FEEL RIGHT NOW? Choose a feeling, its nuance and its intensity. You do not have to explain everything. Sometimes simply naming the moment is enough.

MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR THOUGHTS Write a few lines in your journal. Return to earlier entries and save meaningful ones as favorites. Your journals and drafts stay on your device. You can enable an optional Face ID or Touch ID app lock in Settings.

MY MUSEUM AND SOUL ATLAS The artworks you encounter gather in My Museum. Return to past encounters through emotion collections. In Soul Atlas, explore how your NOW entries are distributed over 7, 30 or 90 days.

AN OPTIONAL REFLECTION On supported devices and in supported languages, ask Apple Intelligence for a short reflection on a NOW entry or your writing. This feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Availability depends on your device, system version and language. Vegoia does not provide medical assessment or therapy.

A RHYTHM THAT SUITS YOU Adjust reminders, ambient sound and haptics. Choose the app language independently of your device's country. Vegoia supports Turkish, English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.
