VeloVisa

VeloVisa is the immigration platform professional sports organizations use to keep every roster spot filled, every work authorization current, and every border crossing cleared. This app brings it to your phone for the work that happens away from the desk: on the team bus, in the clubhouse, at the airport, at the border.

Immigration isn't admin. It's roster availability. An expired I-94 or a missed consular appointment can cost you a player. VeloVisa shows you the problem while there is still time to fix it.

VeloVisa accounts are created by your organization. If your club uses VeloVisa, sign in with the same account you use on the web.

KNOW WHO CAN PLAY AND WHO CAN TRAVEL Readiness for every player and staff member at a glance: Ready to Travel, AR Travel Only, or Needs Action. Only verified, current documents count. Reports flag expired and expiring documents, I-94 issues, and who is cleared to cross into Canada for a series.

CARRY THE PAPERS Each traveler's passport, visa, I-94 and approval notice in one packet, current versions only, problems first. At the border, hold up the verified record instead of hunting through email.

CAPTURE DOCUMENTS Photograph a passport, visa, I-94 or approval notice with the in-app camera and verify the fields on the spot. Captures go straight to your organization's secure storage and are never saved to your photo library.

KEEP I-94 RECORDS CURRENT Look up arrival records on the official CBP I-94 site without leaving the app, with each player's details filled in for you.

FOLLOW EVERY CASE Every case from triage through petition, USCIS and the consulate, with receipt and approval notices, appointments, deadlines, and what is waiting on whom. Approve new work from the Runway and set up petitions on the go.

REACH PLAYERS WHERE THEY ARE Message players and staff on WhatsApp, SMS or email from one thread, with delivery status you can trust.

STAY AHEAD OF DEADLINES Push notifications for new messages and case updates, straight to the right screen. You choose what reaches your phone.

ONE SOURCE OF TRUTH Player Operations, HR, Legal, Team Travel and the Front Office work from the same data as the web, with role-based access for each.

BUILT FOR SENSITIVE DATA Face ID unlock, encrypted on-device storage, remote sign-out that erases the app's data from the phone, and the same audit trail as the web. VeloVisa is SOC 2 Type II certified.
