Vibe Walkie turns your iPhone into a private remote for one or more Macs.
Dictate text with downloadable on-device Apple speech models, use a keyboard and trackpad, choose an app or window and optionally view your Mac screen.
The standard connection goes directly over local Wi-Fi. Optional Remote Mode can use your own Tailscale network when you are away. Tailscale is installed separately and Vibe Walkie never receives your Tailscale account or token.
To begin, install the free Mac companion, allow Accessibility, scan its QR code and approve the matching code on the Mac.
Audio stays on your iPhone and only finalized text reaches the Mac. Transcripts are not stored. There is no Vibe Walkie account, advertising or in-app analytics.
Download Vibe Walkie for free, then choose monthly, yearly or one-time lifetime Premium access. Purchases can be restored on devices using the same Apple Account.
Requires iOS 26 or later, macOS 15 or later and an Apple silicon Mac.
HealthKit — The camera detects when you walk in front of your Mac. Your iPhone uses Apple Health to count only the steps taken during those periods.
