Volt Lift

Volt Lift tells you what to lift today, sets every weight for you, and raises it when you're ready.

PICK A PROGRAM Nine programs for every setup: a six-day dumbbell split, full-body plans for home, Push Pull Legs, Upper/Lower, Barbell 5x5, a beginner gym plan, bodyweight anywhere, kettlebell conditioning and a two-day express plan. Tell it what you have, from a full gym to dumbbells, bands and a bench, and every workout uses only gear you own. Anything else is swapped for the closest move you can do.

WEIGHTS THAT GO UP ON THEIR OWN Hit the top of the rep range on every set and the weight goes up next time. Fall short and the target is one more rep. Every sixth week is a lighter recharge week so you come back stronger.

ONE TAP PER SET Log a set with one tap. The rest timer starts by itself and pings your phone when it's time for the next set. Every exercise has a coaching cue and a how-to, and you can swap any movement for one that fits your equipment.

SEE WHAT YOU TRAINED Your 3D body lights up muscle by muscle as you train. Each muscle is fully charged at about 10 hard sets a week and fades if you skip it. Your 3D barbell is loaded with your strength total, and every new record slides on another plate.

LEVEL UP Every set earns XP. Climb from SPARK to TITAN, knock out a new weekly challenge with your sets, and keep a streak that counts weeks, so rest days never break it.

PRIVATE No account, no ads, no tracking. Your training stays on your phone.
