In short

VoxCheck is a voice-driven checklist app for flight simulation. It reads each challenge aloud, listens for the word "check" to advance, and offers 17 bundled aircraft across Boeing, Airbus, and light aircraft types. Its speech recognition runs on the device, and it does not record audio or collect analytics.

About

VoxCheck is a voice-driven checklist for flight simulation. It reads each challenge aloud, waits for you to say "check", then moves to the next line — so you can run a full flow with both hands on the controls.

READ ALOUD, LINE BY LINE Pick an aircraft and a phase of flight, from pre-flight to securing the aircraft. VoxCheck speaks the challenge, shows the expected response on screen, and listens for "check". Say "repeat" to hear a line again, or tap the big CHECK button if the room is noisy. The screen stays awake for the whole checklist.

17 AIRCRAFT INCLUDED Boeing 727, 737, 747-400, 757, 767, 777 and 787. Airbus A320, A321, A330, A340 and A350. Cessna Citation Longitude, Pilatus PC-12 NGX, Daher TBM 850, Beechcraft Baron 58 and Cessna 414A Chancellor. Each uses the phraseology you'd expect for its generation — flight-engineer panels on the 727, ECAM and FCU on the Airbus, fuel control switches on the 777 and 787, mixtures and cowl flaps on the pistons.

MAKE IT YOURS Every line can be edited, reordered or deleted. Tick "Skip" on any line to leave it out of the read-out — ideal for a quick start when you don't need the whole flow — and untick it when you do. Restore the bundled version at any time.

BUILD CHECKLISTS BY VOICE Create a new aircraft and simply dictate the lines: "Parking brake, set… next". Say "new section Before Start" to begin a section, "undo" to remove the last line and "done" when you're finished. There's a typed fallback on the same screen.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Speech recognition runs on your device wherever iOS supports it. VoxCheck doesn't record audio, doesn't collect analytics and never sends your checklists anywhere.

FOR FLIGHT SIMULATION ONLY VoxCheck is intended for use with flight simulation software. It must not be used for real-world flight operations or as a substitute for an approved aircraft checklist. Bundled checklists use standard training-style wording and are not reproductions of any manufacturer's or operator's documents.
