Wethide Setting Grid

Turn setting-out plans into a traceable leather-work record. Start with a lot tied to its production order. Name the leather type before allocating planned pieces. Capture batch identifiers where they matter. Set a target moisture value for the intended work. Assign the planned machine and scheduled start. Keep preparation details visible beside the lot. When production begins, open a dedicated run entry. Identify the machine actually used. Record the operator and real start time. Log processed pieces as work progresses. Add measured leather area to the run. Preserve the machine settings entered for that activity. Include the moisture values available from the process. See the moisture change when both endpoint readings exist. Close the activity with its recorded finish details. Keep earlier runs connected to their original setting lot. Review the history without mixing plans with actual results. Create reminders for preparation and scheduled checks. Track moisture follow-ups and release-related tasks. Explore summaries of entered piece counts. Review processed area across recorded activity. Look at machine time drawn from saved runs. Return to previous entries for production context. Every displayed measurement starts with information you provide. Use the app for documentation, not machine operation or quality certification.
