Small purchases are numbered instantly; larger ones go to an approver's phone, where a press on the notification approves or denies. The office logs and matches invoices, catches double bills before they are paid, tracks shop stock by part, and exports everything to the farm's accounting system.
Only people added by a Whitby Farms administrator can sign in. There is no password: the app texts a code to your cell phone, and Face ID or your phone passcode keeps it locked to you.
Works with no signal: requests made in the field are sent when the phone finds service again.
