About
Ate something? Do your squats, then tap once for every rep. Each tap turns a squat into Dopa, with over-the-top arcade-style effects: RED HOT!!, FEVER!!, and a final tap that locks it all in. Keep your streak going, beat your best week, and watch your Dopa pile up.
WHAT YOU CAN DO - Tap once for every squat you finished. One tap, one squat, one Dopa. - Build a streak. Every 7 days in a row earns a Rest Pass. - Put your last 7 days of Dopa (DPW) next to the 7 days before and your best week. - Look back at every set in History, one Squatman per set. - Get one reminder on nights you haven't tapped yet. - Sign in with Apple to keep every set when you switch phones.
Yat Tat Ta is an app for logging squats, not a medical app. If your knees or back hurt, or a doctor has told you not to exercise, please rest. If you feel unwell right after eating, wait a little before you start. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first.
