Yisheng Zhongyi: Voice Alarm

LANGUAGE SUPPORT The app interface, in-app help and support website are currently in Simplified Chinese. Voice input supports Mandarin and Cantonese. English voice input is not supported.

一声钟意 (Yisheng Zhongyi) turns a spoken time and task into a one-time iPhone alarm. Press and hold the microphone, say what you want to remember and when, then release and check the result.

SPEAK IN YOUR OWN WORDS In Mandarin, try “十分钟后提醒我喝水” (remind me to drink water in ten minutes) or “明天下午三点提醒我取快递” (remind me to pick up a parcel tomorrow at 3 p.m.). In Cantonese, try “听日下昼三点提醒我攞快递”. The translations explain the examples; say the request in Mandarin or Cantonese.

CHECK YOUR REMINDERS Upcoming alarms show the date, time and task in time order. Always check the result after speaking. If an alarm cannot be created, the app explains why.

DELETE AND UNDO Swipe left to delete an upcoming alarm. Undo is available for eight seconds while the scheduled time is still in the future. Past records are separate: a record showing that the time has passed does not confirm that an alarm sounded or that you completed the task.

SIRI AND SHORTCUTS Find “说一句话设闹钟” in Shortcuts to create an alarm from a Chinese sentence. Open the app and grant Alarm access before using the shortcut.

No account is required. This version has no ads or in-app purchases. It supports one-time alarms; recurring alarms, calendar sync and editing a scheduled time in the list are not available.

Requires iOS 26 or later, with Alarm, Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions. Speech recognition is provided by Apple. On-device recognition is used when supported; some devices or language settings require an internet connection.
