HomeAgent is a home record and repair co-pilot for homeowners in Nassau and Suffolk County, New York.

KNOW YOUR HOME Snap a photo of the label on your appliances, heating and cooling, water heater or electrical panel, and HomeAgent reads the make, model and age for you. Add your roof and gutters too. Everything about your home's major systems lives in one place, ready when you need it.

WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS Tell HomeAgent what's going on in your own words, with photos if you have them. It asks a few quick questions, then gives you a plain-English read on what's likely wrong, what you can safely check yourself, and what kind of professional the job needs.

STAY AHEAD OF IT Keep a simple list of upkeep tasks for the things that are easy to forget: filters, gutters, seasonal checks.

HOME MANAGER (OPTIONAL MEMBERSHIP) Would rather not spend an afternoon finding someone who will actually turn up? With Home Manager, a HomeAgent coordinator takes the job from there: finds the right trade, arranges the visit and follows it through. Two service visits a year are included. Membership is billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled any time in the app.

GOOD TO KNOW • HomeAgent uses AI to read labels and suggest what may be wrong. You choose whether to turn AI features on, and you can turn them off any time. • Guidance is informational. A licensed professional confirms the diagnosis on site. In an emergency (gas smell, fire, sparks, carbon monoxide), leave and call 911 or your utility first. • Service is currently available in Nassau and Suffolk County, NY.
