Zapdashcam

From everyday drives to moments worth revisiting. Zapdashcam is a dash cam app that captures driving footage and driving data together.

■ Record the Road and Cabin Together Record the road ahead, or capture both the road and cabin simultaneously. Each camera’s footage is saved separately for individual playback. Set video quality and frame rate for each camera, and choose whether to record microphone audio.

■ Impact Detection and Event Recording Log detected impacts as events during continuous recording, or choose a mode that records when an impact is detected. Adjust sensitivity across five levels to suit your setup, and review recorded events on the timeline.

■ Driving Data Alongside Your Video View recording time, GPS location, speed, and G-force in sync with video playback. Customize which information appears, where it appears, the time format, and speed units.

■ Find Footage with the Timeline and Map Browse recordings by time using a thumbnail timeline, or find footage by its recorded location on the map. Review driving scenes alongside your route.

■ Keep Your Originals, Export Your Way Original footage and driving data are stored separately. Choose whether to include driving information when exporting, then save the videos to the Photos app. Road and cabin recordings are exported as separate videos.

■ Segmented Recording and Storage Management Set the recording segment length and storage limit. The app automatically deletes the oldest recordings as needed based on your limit and available device storage.

■ Dim the Screen While Recording Continues Dim the screen during recording and reveal it again with your selected tap gesture. The app prevents Auto-Lock while running in the foreground, and recording continues even when the screen is dimmed.

■ Multiple Languages Supports Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Usage Notes • The app must remain in the foreground to record. Locking your device or switching to another app interrupts recording. • Simultaneous recording support and available video quality and frame rate options vary by device. • Location, speed, and impact data may vary depending on permissions, GPS reception, and sensor availability.
