Zixlabs SQC

Zixlabs SQC is an offline Steam Quality Calculator for trained engineering, maintenance and validation personnel. Calculate Non-Condensable Gas (NCG), Dryness Value and Superheat results from manually entered measurements. Select the required test runs, follow clear input descriptions and expandable guidance, and review calculated results with PASS/FAIL assessments. Generate detailed PDF reports containing equipment and performer details, selected test scope, measured inputs, calculation steps, results and wet-signature fields. Preview and share reports using your device’s available facilities. Features: • Offline calculations—no account or network connection required for the calculation workflow. • Selectable test runs for NCG, Dryness Value and Superheat. • Embedded steam-table lookup and interpolation for Dryness Value. • Clear input guidance and acceptance assessments. • Detailed PDF reports identifying the app version and build. The installed app name is ZX SQC. SQC is a calculation and reporting aid. It does not measure or control equipment, replace calibrated instruments or approved procedures, certify complete BS EN 285 compliance, or make sterilizer or batch-release decisions. A report covering selected tests does not establish that a complete steam-quality assessment was performed. Users remain responsible for verifying inputs, results and suitability for their intended procedure.
