EVERY SET IS XP • Earn XP for every completed set and session • Climb the ranks from F to S. Each rank is a real wall, not a formality • Build a combo by never missing a planned session. ENTER THE GATES Step into pixel-art dungeons and fight monster after monster in turn-based combat. Read the enemy's next move and choose to Attack, Defend or Dodge. Seven gates, twenty-two monster types, mini bosses, floor bosses and a boss at the end of every gate. Your real training decides how strong you are when you walk in.

LOOT AND GEAR Monsters drop sealed chests. Open them for weapons and armor across six rarities, from Common to Mythic, or spend your coins in a daily shop that is different for every player.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Weight, body fat and body measurements on one chart, strength history for every exercise, and a muscle balance radar so no body part gets skipped.

COMPETE A live leaderboard for the whole world, your rank tier and your friends. Invite friends with your code.
