Kort fortalt
App Blocker - Tempa is a productivity app that pauses you for a few seconds before you open chosen apps like Instagram or TikTok. It offers open delays, a 2x lock for long sessions, and daily limits, and it lets you turn blocked time into goals such as reading or practicing piano. One standout feature is that every "no" and completed goal is tracked in a progress view.

Tempa Screen helps you spend less time in apps — and more on what matters to you.
When you open Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any app you choose, Tempa can pause you for a few seconds. Breathe. Then decide: stay, or continue.
RULES THAT FIT HOW YOU SCROLL • Open delay — a short breath before every open, via Shortcuts • 2x lock — use an app too long in a row, and it locks twice as long • Daily limit — hit your cap, stay locked until the unlock hour you chose
TURN TIME INTO GOALS Create goals like read, journal, work out, or learn piano. When an app is blocked, those goals become your next step — and Tempa counts every win in your success story.
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE • Clear rules you control • Friendly lock screens that remind you why you paused • Progress you can see — every “no” and every goal counts
Tempa can’t make a lock that iOS can’t bypass. You’re still in charge. Goals rely on you — the app doesn’t detect if you really practiced.
One rule of each type is free. More rules unlock with Premium (subscription via Apple).
Download Tempa Screen. Pause first. Choose better.
