Om appen

Balansy shows where your attention goes, without scores, ratings, or guilt.

Write down tasks as usual. Balansy suggests a life sphere: home, family, work, health, time for yourself. Mark what is done, and the attention wheel gently shows how your week was shared.

- Your own life spheres: 17 templates plus any of your own - Plan by day or by week, at your own rhythm - Attention wheel: how your week is shared across spheres - Reminders for timed tasks and a calm evening review - Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, ads, or analytics

Balansy Plus: - the wheel for a whole month - past weeks and months - every task inside each sphere - more than 8 spheres
