Belegungsplan: Rental Calendar

Belegungsplan shows the whole rental year of your vacation home or apartment at a glance. You enter the bookings, school holidays and temperatures appear on their own, and you end up with a plan you can print or share as a PDF.

YOUR WHOLE YEAR AT A GLANCE • Year plan with one row per month, a holiday row and temperatures • Bookings with name, dates, color and note • Separate types for guests, cleaning, own use and vacant periods • Deleted a booking by mistake? You can undo it

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, FILLED IN FOR YOU • School holidays for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Luxembourg and Portugal, by region • See at a glance when families among your guests are off school • For other countries, add your own holiday periods or import them from an .ics file

TEMPERATURES FOR EVERY DAY • The weather forecast for the coming days • Long-term averages for all other days, so you know what your guests can expect

PRINT AND SHARE • Print the year plan on A4 or Letter or save it as a PDF, without a watermark • Built-in templates for colors, fonts and layout • With Pro: A3 year plan for the wall, monthly and quarterly plans • With Pro: a guest sheet with the stay and its weather, in English, German, Spanish, French or Dutch • With Pro: your own templates with your logo, in the header or as a watermark

CONNECT A CALENDAR • With Pro: read bookings from a subscription link – a shared iCloud or Google calendar, Outlook, or booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, plus importing an .ics file • With Pro: preview before every import – new, changed and disappeared entries, as well as overlaps • With Pro: the same guest automatically gets the same color • With Pro: bring in a calendar right from your device, too • With Pro: share your plan as an .ics file or provide it as your own iCloud calendar for family or cleaning staff – it stays up to date on all your devices • With Pro: choose what goes in – types, titles (name, type and name, or “Occupied” only) and, if you like, the school holidays • Refresh when you open the app or with one tap

ON IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC • Syncs through your private iCloud • Export a backup file and import it again, plus an automatic local backup

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Your bookings and guest names live on your devices and in your private iCloud. We never see them.

FREE AND PRO The free version covers one property: unlimited bookings, school holidays, temperatures, sync and the A4 year plan as print and PDF.

“Belegungsplan Pro” is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Pro unlocks: • unlimited properties • A3 year plan, monthly and quarterly plans • guest sheet with the weather • template editor with your own logo, also as a watermark • connect and share calendars

Pro works on iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account and can be shared with Family Sharing. Your data is never locked: even without Pro, every property stays visible and exportable.
