Kort fortalt
BigPass Backstage is a companion app for organizers who sell tickets on BigPass. It shows live sales, orders and attendee lists, and includes a ticket scanner that works offline and syncs entries later. Its standout feature is an offline scanner, which lets door staff keep checking in guests when the venue has no connection.

BigPass Backstage is the official companion app for organizers selling on BigPass.
YOUR EVENT IN YOUR POCKET • Gross sales, tickets sold and check-ins, updated live • Sales curve for the last 30 days and hour by hour on event day • Ticket types with stock left, latest orders and average order • Orders with search, filters and one-tap resend of tickets • Full attendee list with manual check-in and undo
THE OFFICIAL TICKET SCANNER • Scans the rotating QR code from BigPass tickets in a fraction of a second • Clear full-screen result: admitted, already used, wrong event, cancelled • Sound and vibration so staff never needs to look twice • Type the ticket PIN or number when a screen is cracked • Works offline: the attendee list is cached and entries sync when you're back online • Gates, "check only" mode and session counters for big venues
DOOR STAFF Invite your team from the web dashboard; they sign in here and only see the scanner.
