A relationship map visualizes how data is distributed across distinct groups; clicking on a tool reveals connection pathways and synchronization workloads. The expenses page separately displays recorded payments and monthly budgets, ensuring estimated costs are not mistaken for actual expenditures. When preparing for tool integration, you can select which tools to retain and which to retire, then input migration speeds, labor rates, and setup requirements; the system calculates one-time costs, net monthly savings, and the payback period, while also generating a migration checklist.
