Boxing Bag Boss is a round timer that shouts out punch combinations while you work the heavy bag. No more staring at a screen or repeating the same routine: set your rounds, press Start, and react.

HANDS-FREE TRAINING The app announces each combo by voice, so your eyes and hands stay on the bag. The countdown and combo are shown in huge type that you can read from across the room, and audio keeps playing when your screen locks.

UNPREDICTABLE COMBOS Combos are picked at random, with a short random gap between calls and never the same combo twice in a row. You react instead of memorizing a routine. Mix quick combinations like jab-cross with longer ones like jab, cross, lead hook, rear uppercut, lead hook.
