Brew Science puts the tools for grinding, brewing and tasting in one app. No account, no ads; the core tools work without a network connection.
◆ Brew a Cup Pick pour-over, French press, AeroPress or espresso, choose a recipe, then weigh, pour and time it step by step. After the cup, say what's off and get a fix for the next one.
◆ Scan a bean bag, log it automatically Point the camera at a bag: roaster, origin, process, variety, altitude and flavor notes fill themselves in. Recognition runs entirely on-device; photos are never uploaded. Paper tasting cards from cafés scan straight into a tasting card too.
◆ Brew Calculator Ratio and water planning, a brewing control chart, and extraction yield for cold-brew concentrate.
◆ Espresso Dial-in Yield and a typical time window from your dose and ratio, with symptom-based fixes for over- and under-extraction. Includes attributed CORE long-extraction protocols; save your own versions.
◆ Grinder Match Pick two grinders; change either side and the other converts automatically (micron-interval based). 8 popular grinders free; Pro unlocks all 121.

Widgets show which bag to drink today and how many days it has left, on the Home Screen, the Lock Screen and full screen on iOS 27 (Pro).
