Brief Monster

An official letter you can't make sense of. A bill that doesn't look right. A hotel room that isn't what you booked. Ask the Monster.

Bureaucracy Monster explains complicated German paperwork in plain language, checks for possible errors, and helps you decide what to do next. Upload a document or simply describe your problem.

UNDERSTAND A LETTER Take a photo of a letter, official notice, or bill. The Monster explains what it says, what is being asked of you, and which deadlines matter. It flags possible discrepancies and shows you the relevant legal basis.

SOLVE A PROBLEM No document needed. Ask what you can do if your hotel has serious shortcomings, an item arrives damaged, or you're considering a rent reduction. The Monster asks follow-up questions when needed, explains your options, and helps you draft a response.
