Crumb - Baker's Math is a formula calculator for sourdough and home bakers. It converts between baker's percentages and grams, computes total hydration including levain and wet add-ins, and works out water temperature for a desired dough temperature. Crumb is a formula calculator for sourdough and home bakers. Enter a formula in grams or in percentages, and the other column updates as you go.
