Crumple Focus Reader is an education app for reading saved articles and EPUB books. You can read page by page or stream text one word at a time, with pauses and haptic feedback tied to punctuation, and optional ambient loops playing behind the text. It is aimed at people with a backlog of things they intend to read, and it is free with no ads or account.
