Kort fortalt
Doc Cabinet is a productivity app for storing important documents such as identity papers, household records, vehicle paperwork and medical information in colour-coded folders. Files can be imported from the device, marked as important, given optional expiry dates and searched, with optional PIN protection per folder and local storage. Exported ZIP copies are not encrypted, and there is no PIN reset, so forgotten PINs cannot be recovered.

Doc Cabinet keeps your important documents organised and easy to find in one simple place.
Create folders for identity documents, household records, vehicle paperwork, medical information, work documents and anything else you want to keep together.
Import photos and files from your device, preview documents, mark important items, rename folders and export individual folders or your full cabinet.
Choose optional PIN protection for each folder. Protected documents are encrypted on your device, and protected folders relock when you leave the app. Documents in locked folders are hidden from search and the Important view.
You can also set a separate PIN for the Important view. This protects access to that combined view; documents remain accessible in their original folders unless those folders are also protected.
Your documents are stored locally on your device. No account or subscription is required.
Features include: • Organise documents in colour-coded folders • Import photos and files • View and share saved documents • Mark important documents • Add optional expiry dates • Create and rename folders • Set optional folder PINs • Search your stored documents • Export individual folders or your complete cabinet
Keep your PINs safe: there is no forgotten-PIN reset. Exported ZIP copies are not encrypted or PIN protected.
Doc Cabinet is a one-off purchase.
