Drift Scan

Drift Scan is the dedicated parking management tool designed exclusively for authorized security personnel and parking attendants at Drift & Go partner restaurants. Built to work strictly within the Drift & Go pickup ecosystem, this app takes the chaos out of curbside pickup by digitizing parking allocation and ensuring a smooth, organized flow of traffic.

Access to Drift Scan is restricted to verified staff members registered by their restaurant administrator through the Drift & Go admin panel. Upon registration, staff receive their credentials via email to log in and get started immediately.

When a Drift & Go customer arrives to pick up their food, staff can instantly verify their order and allocate a dedicated parking space in seconds — right from their device. Keep your parking lot organized, prioritize active customers, and reduce wait times for everyone.

Key Features:

Instant QR Verification: Quickly scan the unique QR code presented by the arriving Drift & Go customer to verify their active order and pickup status in real time.

Smart Slot Allocation: Instantly assign an available parking slot to the customer upon a successful scan, directing them exactly where to park — no confusion, no delays.

Manual Slot Release: Maintain total control over your parking lot capacity. If a customer collects their order and leaves before the standard 15-minute pickup window expires, staff can manually release the slot with a single tap, making it instantly available for the next arrival.

Secure & Staff-Only Access: A focused, distraction-free interface built strictly for on-the-ground operational staff at Drift & Go partner restaurants. Unauthorized users cannot access any app functionality without credentials issued by a restaurant administrator.
