Get into the splits, put your palms on the floor, ease a stiff back or simply move more freely. Pick your goal and Elasta builds you a 30-day stretching plan. A few minutes a day, with Hande Ceren.
Start with your goal A short quiz asks about your goal, your tightest areas, any sensitive joints and how many minutes you have. A simple test gives you a starting flexibility score. When you finish, your 30-day plan is ready: an estimate of where you could be and when, plus your first week. It's an estimate; every body opens up at its own pace.
My Plan: you always know what's next Open the app and today's stretch is waiting. The plan moves through four parts: open up, go deeper, get strong, reach it. Finish a part and Hande celebrates with you. If your level feels too easy or too hard, the plan suggests a better fit.
Coach: message Hande Type "My back is tight, I have 10 minutes." Coach listens, asks a question if it needs to, and drops a routine made for you into the chat within seconds. Ask for a shorter, gentler or no-floor version, get a weekly plan, or ask anything about stretching.
A video for every move Hande Ceren shows every move on video. The timer keeps time, Hande's voice counts down the last three seconds and tells you when to switch sides. The next move is always shown at the bottom.
It remembers your sensitive joints If your knees, lower back, neck or wrists need care, say so once. Moves that load that joint are flagged, and for most you can switch to a gentler option with one tap.
See your progress Measure your score with a weekly flexibility check. Your streak, total minutes, weekly goal and 12 badges live here. Every Sunday evening you get a summary of your week.

On your iPhone With your permission, finished stretches are saved to Apple Health as Flexibility workouts; Elasta never reads your health data. A Home Screen and Lock Screen widget shows your streak and your plan day.
No account Elasta never asks you to sign up or set a password. Your profile and history stay on your phone. What you write to Coach is sent to our server only with your permission, and only so it can answer.
Elasta Plus Take the quiz and see your plan for free. Your plan, Coach, series and routines need Elasta Plus, billed monthly or yearly and renewed automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
