HOW IT WORKS • Put your phone face down to begin a focus session. • Flip it face up before the session ends and a 20-second countdown begins. • Type—or in Read-Aloud Mode, speak—the displayed pledge before time runs out. • Fail the challenge or abandon the session, and you lose discipline points and reset your streak. • Complete the session to earn points and keep your streak alive.

BUILD YOUR DISCIPLINE Your discipline points and streak reflect what you actually do. Successful sessions move you forward; failed or abandoned sessions set you back. Points never reset on their own. If your points reach zero, focus mode locks until you upgrade to Pro.
