Turn receipts into completed, ready-to-send forms in seconds!

Formivore was built for anyone who needs to submit receipts quickly using a fillable PDF form. After a little one-time setup, you can scan a receipt, fill out your form, and have an email ready to send in as little as 20 seconds.

SET IT UP ONCE.

1. Set up your profile with name, email address and signature. (Don't worry, this app only stores things locally.) 2. Import your organization's fillable PDF form. The app detects all fields automatically. 3. Configure the form to ignore fields you don't need, require fields so you don't forget to fill them out and set default values (like today's date, or your name from your profile, or the amount from the receipt).

Once your form is configured, it's ready whenever you have a new receipt.

SCAN. REVIEW. SEND.

Tap Scan and take a photo of your receipt, choose an existing photo, or import an image from Files. Formivore analyzes the receipt and attempts to identify important information such as:

* Vendor * Purchase date * Amount

It combines those values with your saved profile and form defaults to fill out as much of the PDF as possible. Review the results, fill in anything that's missing, and tap Save.

Your completed form is saved to your device, and a new email draft is created with the completed PDF and receipt attached, along with a helpful subject line. Add the recipient, tap Send, and you're done.

Formivore has no subscription. It has no backend server to talk to. Your forms, receipts, profile, and saved information remain on your device. The developer does not receive or have visibility into your receipts or how you use the app whatsoever.
