Gains: Earn Your Fun Money lets people set a weekly workout goal and a dollar value for it, then earns part of that amount with each logged workout. Users log how long and how hard they exercised, track a weekly ring, and spend the earned balance on whatever they choose. Pick a weekly exercise goal and what hitting it is worth to you, like $60 for a week of solid workouts. Every workout earns part of that, straight away. Hit your goal and you've earned the full amount; go past it and earn a bonus. Then spend it on whatever you enjoy, guilt-free.
It's your money and your rules. Gains never holds or moves money: it's a simple, honest way to make treats feel earned.
HOW IT WORKS - Log workouts in seconds: how long and how hard (Light, Moderate or Vigorous) - Watch your weekly ring fill up as you earn - Log what you spend, and see your Balance go down - Weeks run Monday to Sunday, with a Monday grace day to add anything you missed
STAY MOTIVATED - Build a Streak for every week you hit your goal - Earn Badges at Streak milestones - Every four weeks, a Review lets you adjust your goal, or take a Promotion: a tougher goal you choose for the challenge - Celebrate with confetti when you hit your goal
FRIENDS - Invite friends with a link and cheer each other on - See each other's Streaks, Badges and weekly progress, never money - Send a Nudge when a friend needs a push
EVERYWHERE YOU ARE - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets - Apple Watch app and complications: check your Balance and log spending at the checkout - Siri and Shortcuts: "Log a workout in Gains" - Works beautifully on iPhone, including folding iPhones, in light and dark mode
GAINS PLUS Gains is free to use. Gains Plus adds: - Apple Health sync, so workouts from your iPhone and Apple Watch log themselves - Your Effort Percentile: see how your week compares with US adults - Spending insights: spot when and what you spend most on Gains Plus is $0.99 a month or $10 a year. New monthly subscribers can get their first 3 months for $0.99. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings.
