GramCup converts cups, spoons, millilitres, ounces and sticks of butter into grams for cooking and baking, using a built-in ingredient table that works offline. It is aimed at home bakers who need to weigh ingredients from volume measures, and it lets users scale recipes and save their own weights. Each ingredient includes a method note, such as "spooned and levelled", to show how the cup was filled.

GramCup converts cups to grams for cooking and baking, one ingredient at a time. A cup of flour doesn't weigh the same as a cup of sugar: choose your ingredient, enter the amount and read the weight.
PICK THE INGREDIENT Convert cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, millilitres, grams and ounces, plus sticks for butter. Each ingredient includes a method note, such as “spooned and levelled”, so you know how the cup was filled. Convert from grams back to cups too.
WORKS OFFLINE The ingredient table is built into the app. No account, sign-in or internet connection is needed for everyday conversions.
YOUR RECIPE, YOUR CUP Choose a US cup (237 ml) or a metric cup (250 ml). Search familiar ingredient names, including all-purpose or plain flour and powdered or icing sugar. Switch ingredients while keeping your amount and unit, so you can work through a recipe.
SCALE A RECIPE — LIFETIME Add up to 12 ingredient lines and double, halve or scale them by your own factor or serving count. Read the weight beside each line and share the scaled list.
YOUR OWN WEIGHTS — LIFETIME Use a weight you measured yourself. Add custom ingredients or set your own weight for a bundled ingredient.
FREE AND LIFETIME Start with unlimited conversions for 10 everyday staples: all-purpose/plain flour, bread flour, granulated sugar, caster sugar, light brown sugar, powdered/icing sugar, butter, whole milk, water and rolled oats.
Lifetime unlocks all 16 bundled ingredients, unlimited custom ingredients and weights, and recipe scaling. It is one in-app purchase, with no subscription or ads. Restore your purchase using the same Apple ID.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your custom ingredients and conversion history stay on your iPhone. Optional usage analytics are off until you enable them in Settings. You can export your saved data or delete it from the app.
A NOTE ON ACCURACY How you fill a cup changes what it weighs. GramCup provides kitchen estimates with ingredient-specific method notes. When precision matters, use a kitchen scale.
