Halebloom

Halebloom is a breathing companion you can simply watch. A living flower opens as you breathe in, rests with you on the hold and closes as you breathe out, so you can follow it without counting.

TECHNIQUES • Resonance 5.5 · 5.5 — calm, even breathing • Cyclic sighing — a quick reset • Box breathing 4 · 4 · 4 · 4 — steady focus • 4-7-8 and extended exhale — to wind down for sleep • Triangle 4 · 4 · 4 • Tuned to you — hold the screen while you breathe in, and the pace follows your own rhythm • Your own counts, or Drift: no counting at all

FIFTEEN WORLDS TO BREATHE IN Prism, Crisp, Veil, Aura, Orb, Halo, Sphere, Kaleidoscope, Lava, Vytynanka, Mandala and Circle Limit, and three ornaments from living traditions: the Ukrainian pysanka star Ruzha, Persian Girih and Indian Kolam. Every look has a day and a night theme.

EVERYTHING ANSWERS Tap the flower, pull it down to breathe in by hand, shake the phone: each look reacts in its own way and with its own sound.

SOUND AND TOUCH Soft cues tuned to one gentle scale, background sounds and a haptic for every phase, so you can breathe with your eyes closed.

ALSO • Apple Watch app with haptic guidance and live heart rate • Widgets, Live Activity and the Dynamic Island • Siri, Shortcuts, the Action Button and Control Center: start a session in one step • Sessions saved to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes • Pulse before and after, from Apple Watch or the iPhone camera • Share cards: turn a session into a picture to share

FREE AND PRO Free: every technique, the Apple Watch app, widgets, Apple Health and share cards, the Prism and Ruzha worlds, a different guest world every day, and the Rain, Ocean and Drone sounds. Halebloom Pro adds every world, the whole sound library, a calm voice guide, your heart-rate trend and alternative app icons. The voice guide speaks all eleven app languages, each in four voices: two women and two men.
