Af Lee Walkden · ProduktivitetDerfor forventer vi det: A clear, compelling voice-first idea with a strong morning brief, thoughtful privacy framing, and a well-organized description that makes its value easy to grasp.
Kort fortalt
HeyBo is a voice-first productivity app that turns spoken notes into tagged tasks, times and people, then sends a morning brief of what matters today. It suits anyone who wants to capture thoughts quickly by talking rather than typing. It stands out for its optional HeyBo+ Action Button capture, which lets you press the iPhone button, speak, and save a note.

Your head is full. HeyBo empties it.
Just talk. Tell Bo what you need to do, who to call, when the dentist is, or that you're out of coffee. HeyBo turns your voice into tidy notes, spots the tasks and times in what you said, and every morning greets you with a brief of what actually matters today.
SPEAK, DON'T TYPE • Tap once and talk — Bo writes it down as you speak. • Transcription runs on your iPhone wherever it's supported. • Every note is tagged automatically: tasks, times, people, ideas.
YOUR MORNING BRIEF • A short, warm summary of your week's thoughts. • Today's tasks and schedule, in order. • An idea worth revisiting, so good thoughts don't get lost. • Arrives at the time you choose, with a gentle notification.
ALWAYS KNOW WHAT'S NEXT • Upcoming groups everything by Today, Tomorrow, This week, Later and Anytime. • Tick tasks off from the brief or the list. • Reminders for anything you said with a time attached. • History keeps every note, day by day.
HEYBO+ Let Bo do the thinking: • AI morning briefs — Claude reads your week of notes and writes the brief for you. • Brief in your inbox — your brief emailed automatically every morning, with today's tasks and everything still outstanding. • Shopping list — say "we're out of milk" and it lands on a list you can tick off. • "Hey, Bo" hands-free — say the words and Bo starts writing, even with the app in the background. • Action Button capture — set your iPhone's Action Button to Talk to Bo: press, speak, saved.
HeyBo+ is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Prices may vary by region.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notes live on your iPhone. HeyBo+ AI features send note text to our server and Anthropic's Claude only after you say yes, and you can turn that off any time. No ads, no tracking, no selling your data.
