HeyKit

HeyKit is the family organiser for South African households. Budget together, keep track of what's been spent, and stop losing the admin that keeps a home running.

BUDGET TOGETHER • One shared monthly budget, with categories you choose and a month that starts on payday • See what's left in each category at a glance • Personal budgets for each family member

CAPTURE SPENDING WITHOUT TYPING • Photograph a receipt and HeyKit reads the shop, amount and date • Forward your bank's transaction emails and they become draft expenses • Connect an Investec account for an automatic bank feed • Import a bank statement (CSV) with duplicates skipped • Category suggestions learn from what your family has logged before

JUST ASK • "Log R240 at Woolworths for groceries", "What's left for eating out?", "Add milk and eggs to the shopping list": the HeyKit assistant does it for you • Type it or just say it. Tap the mic to dictate

LISTS AND TASKS • A shared shopping list and to-do lists that update for everyone • Recurring chores that add themselves

POCKET MONEY • Allowances, bonuses and deductions for each child, with requests the kids can send you

HOUSEHOLD STAFF • Staff clock in and out on their own phone, with a PIN, even without signal • See hours, estimated pay and tasks

HOME ADMIN • Documents (IDs, policies, medical aid cards), available offline • Loyalty cards with barcode scanning • Cars, assets, bills and due dates, electricity usage and cost, and the kids' schedules • Reminders as push notifications

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your data is only shared with the family members you invite • No ads, and we never sell your data • Lock the app with Face ID
